Change begins when you remember who you are

I was searching for change. But all I really needed was to remember myself.

There comes a point when the noise, the pressure, the labels — everything — becomes too much. You feel lost. You’ve tried the routines, the fixes, the “shoulds,” and yet… something’s still missing.

That something is you.

Change doesn’t always come from doing more.
It often begins with a quiet return to the truth:
Who are you, really?
Not who the world told you to be.
Not the version of you that performs to be loved.
Not the one shaped by trauma or fear.

But the original you.
The soul you.
The one created with purpose.
